Chevy Chase Piano Company is a family-owned business
resulting from the collaboration of my older brother Steve and
myself. Steve’s talents organizing and maintaining the
records of the company, allows me to make the personal
commitment and focus to become the premier piano tuner in
the Washington, DC metropolitan area.
Since our inception in the fall of 2003, our list of individual
clients has expanded dramatically. Through that growth we
have been invited, developed and secured a number of
institutional accounts, most notably the Montgomery County
Public Schools, Georgetown University and both the Artists
and Education divisions of the Yamaha Corporation of
America.
From the retail perspective, we support most of the tuning and
repair services for the local Yamaha dealer, Piano Place, with
locations in Rockville, MD and Fairfax, VA.
Through our association with Piano Place, I have graciously
been referred to venues that have included the Kennedy
Center, Warner Theatre, Strathmore Hall, Verizon Center,
Blues Alley, 9:30 Club and Rams Head in both Baltimore and
Annapolis, MD.
Given some of the accomplishments I detail above, my hope
is to instill a semblance of trust and confidence in my abilities
as you consider the tuning and repair of your prized family
piano or your institutions collection of performance and
practice instruments.
